Humble Beginnings
Modesto Fernandez - starts in the construction industry doing physical labor with a dream in mind.

Second Generation
Fast forward 30 years, Modesto has started a successful business and has passed the torch down to Bryan Vega to expand and grow as a business. With new equipment, expanded offerings, and staying true to its roots, Tek Civil is servicing customers better than ever before.
Third Generation
6 years later Catherine Fernandez joined the family business. By staying true to their roots and adapting to the times using social media marketing, the company has taken on a new look. What started as a small-town construction company in Hialeah is now known across Miami-Dade and surrounding areas as an exceptional construction company!

Bryan Vega is the Owner of Tek Civil. Daily he oversees projects, consulting on site, and working away in the office. His hands-on leadership style reinforces his nature and expertise in the industry.
Modesto Fernandez - Founder & Owner
Modesto Fernandez is the founder and owner of Tek Civil. He oversees projects, and consults on-site, and has also been rumored that he still does some physical labor to this day. His dedication and passion shows in every job site!
Catherine Fernandez - Project Manager
Catherine Fernandez joined our team in 2024 and has grown tremendously within her time with Tek Civil. She brings a strong work ethic to everything she does and consistently demonstrates high productivity in order to achieve outstanding results.
